The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No.80 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 325, 354, 307, 379, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the occurrence of assault took place between the informant and the petitioner for quarrel which took place between the children of the family. The allegation against this petitioner is that he assaulted the son of the informant by iron rod. The injury report produced by the petitioner shows that the injured sustained lacerated wound on the body of the son of informant. There is also counter case bearing Adapur P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57200 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 No.81 of 2016. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2017. The learned A.P.P. for the Sate opposed the submission. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Adapur P.S.
