This application has been filed for restoration of C.R. No. 1026 of 2007 which stood dismissed for non compliance of order dated 23.9.2010.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that vide order dated 23.9.2010 the petitioner was directed to convert the civil revision into writ application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. It is contended that in place of making correction in the same copy a fresh application in format of civil writ jurisdiction cases along with court fee has been filed.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this

Patna High Court MJC No.4702 of 2013 (6) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 application explaining omission on part of the petitioners, the C.R. No. 1026 of 2007 is restored to its original file. Accordingly, this application stands allowed. Let the copy filed by the petitioners be accepted as sufficient compliance of the order.
