No. 15231 of 2015 i.e. the matter which was referred to the Full Bench, now no further indulgence into the matter is called for.

For the grounds and reasons already considered

Patna High Court CWJC No.792 of 2016 dt.06-09-2017 2/2 and taken note of by the Full Bench and the Division Bench in the case of Krishna Pratap Singh (supra), this writ petition also stands dismissed.
