Earlier the matter had been referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre and by an agreement arrived at between the parties on 18.04.2016 the parties have arrived at settlement details of which are contained in the Mediation report dated 18.04.2016.
It is submitted jointly by the parties that the compromise has been made and now there shall be no litigation between the parties.
