JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Mainatand PS Case No. 107 of 2017 registered under Section 414 of the IPC and Sections 20, 22, 23, 24, 27A, 29 of NDPS Act. The allegation in brief is that 2 Kilograms of Ganja was recovered from the motorcycle on which the petitioner was going. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that copy of the seizure list was not given to the petitioner and he is in custody since 12.9.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case at present the prayer for bail f the petitioner is refused. However, he may renew the prayer for bail after framing of the charge. (Arun Kumar, J.) Snkumar/- U T
