2. The petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2020 in connection with C-I Case No. 80 of 2020 for the offences alleged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise(Amendment)Act, 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 28.44 litres of foreign liquor. It is further submitted that no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. Be that as it may and having regard to the period of custody already suffered since 16.02.2020, let the petitioner
