Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.528 of 2016 (10) dt.11-10-2017 P2/ 11-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This writ application has been preferred for a command to the respondents to complete the investigation of Sangrampur P.S. Case No.62 of 2014 expeditiously. The learned counsel for the respondents informed that charge sheet has already been submitted in this case after completion of the investigation and appearance of the accused persons. The petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid assertion of the respondents and submits that since the matter is old the trial Court be directed to expedite the trial of the case. The trial Court is expected to expedite the trial of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
