JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-08-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 7.11.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 45372 of 2017 and there is allegation against the petitioner of firing to the deceased and causing his death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 16.1.2017 and till date only two witnesses have been examined and there are seven charge sheeted witnesses.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, as trial has commenced, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial by conducting it on regular basis, so
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47290 of 2018 (2) dt.08-08-2018 2/2 that the trial may be concluded as soon as possible. At the same time, Sr.Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to ensure presence of the witnesses in court.
