The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 106 of 2000 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present first information report has been lodged in the year, 2000 and the allegation against these petitioners as has been levelled purely on mere suspicion, as admittedly the informant had not seen anybody in the MOB Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30290 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 106 of 2000, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
