Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as Varun Kumar and Dharmendra Kumar from whose possession also arms were recovered have been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42528 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 42621 of 2018 and the recovery of loaded country made pistol was shown against the petitioner and this petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47718 of 2018(3) dt.06-08-2018 2/2 this petitioner has been in custody for more than five months. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner, Manoj Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM- 2 (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S.
