JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Four persons including the petitioners are under suspicion to have committed murder of the brother of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused Deepak Rai has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc. No.53983 of 2017.

Finding substance in the submission aforesaid,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62224 of 2017 (3) dt.17-02-2018 let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhagwan Bazar Police Station Case No.207 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
