The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner came to the house of the informant and began to abuse her on the ground that the informant's Jaut (Devar's son) had torn the ration card of the petitioner. On such, other persons are alleged to have come and assaulted the husband of the informant. There is no allegation of assault against the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
