The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation. It is further submitted that thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. Petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2021.

Learned counsel for the State and informant vehemently opposed prayer for bail of petitioner.
