This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Kochas (Parsathua O.P.) P.S. Case No. 411 of 2022 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 404 litre of foreign liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
