Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the contractual and business dispute between the parties as well as the allegation based on complaint petition, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tr.No. 4207 of 2016 arising out of Complaint Case No. 577(C) of 2011, subject to the
