The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 501 of 2017 dated 17.09.2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 188, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

14.25 litres of Indian Made Foreign Liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2017 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, above named is directed to be
