26-09-2018 Heard Sri Ram Prawesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bal Mukund Prasad Sinha, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

In a very short span of time, this is the 4th attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Nawa Nagar P.S. Case No. 236 of 2015 registered for offence under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of petitioner was repeatedly rejected, considering the seriousness of accusation on last three occasion and again, same prayer is being reiterated. I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of bail. The prayer for bail again stands dismissed.
