Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8,20(B),(ii)(C),25,29 of Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances Act. Allegation is recovery of 454.4 kg. of Ganja from a vehicle which was being driven by the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is driver of the said truck and he has nothing to do with the alleged recovered Ganja.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the fact that there being recovery of huge quantity of Ganja, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on
