The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offence under sections 392/411 of the IPC.

FIR alleges that the petitioners and one other miscreant stopped the informant and snatched his motorcycle. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no antecedent and they are in custody since 4.9.2017 and nothing was recovered from their possession as the motorcycle was recovered from near the bridge.

In the facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let both the petitioners, as mentioned above, be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Kaimur at Bhabua in Durgawati Police Station Case No. 183 of 2017, GR no. 2044 of 2017 on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the
