2. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court on 05.05.2023. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 33, 34, 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. By relying on the various orders of this court, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for regular bail of the petitioner.

4. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 17.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 7732 of 2023 (Annexure- 3 series), this application for regular bail is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21898 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Excise Judge- 1st, Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Nawada(Town) P.S. Case No. 681 of 2021 subject to condition that:- 5(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Nawada Mufassil Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
