Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.204 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 307, 379, 385, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and informant side are agnates, petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute, there is no specific allegation of any overt act against the petitioners, petitioner no.2 is a lady and both petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60912 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 2 /2 let petitioners, Zahoor Alam and Shabana Begum @ Sabana Khatoon, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S.
