Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Co-accused, Amar Nath was apprehended along with a stolen motorcycle. He disclosed to the Police that the petitioner was co-culprit, who fled away from there. The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2018. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete. Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47482 of 2018(2) dt.16-08-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Mashrakh Police Station Case No.335 of 2016, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
