Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-05-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 49 of 2020 dated 13.03.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioners is of assaulting the father of the informant and others who came to his rescue. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the injuries suffered by the victims are reported to be simple in nature.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28339 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 lodged by one Bablu Kumar, who is the son of petitioner no. 3 vide Sigori P.S. Case No. 48 of 2020 against the informant and others.

There has been a delay of two days in lodging the FIR.

Some of the similarly situated accused persons of this case have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 04.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17152 of 2021. Considering the afore-noted facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIII, Danapur in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 49 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
