2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the alleged offences under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/589/2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. In any event he agrees to deposit an amount of Rs.1,000/- per month regularly for the benefit of OP No. 2.

4. Learned counsel for the OP No.2 appears and has been heard.

5. In that view of the matter, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 29.07.2015 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/589/2014 is hereby confirmed with condition that the petitioner will

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29752 of 2015 (3) dt.29-04-2016 deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- per month regularly before the learned Court below which shall be available for withdrawal by OP No. 2 and upon failure to deposit any two consecutive instalments, his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled.
