JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 03-08-2017 Leave is granted to the petitioner to add the Directorin-Chief, Health Services, Government of Bihar, Patna as respondent no.2 during the course of the day. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has remained posted as ANM in Jamui district for past 27 years and although she has represented for transfer to Lakhisarai district in the same capacity but it has not been disposed of. Paragraph 7 of the counter affidavit filed by the Director, Prachar Prasar, Health Services, Bihar, Patna would reflect that the respondents are agreeable to consider the grievance of the petitioner.

Since there is no adversarial stand of the respondents to transfer the petitioner to Lakhisarai I deem it proper to

Patna High Court CWJC No.18808 of 2016 (2) dt.03-08-2017 dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to raise her grievance before the newly added respondent no.2, the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Government of Bihar, Patna and who shall consider and dispose of her request for transfer to Lakhisarai in accordance with law preferably within a period of six weeks, from the date of filing of such representation.
