The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420,120(B),467,468,471,323,387,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner No.1-Nathuni Prasad is father of the complainant. Allegation is of creation of forged document to create

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20751 of 2019(2) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 cloud on the title of the complainant. There is reference of partition suit also.

Considering the nature of dispute and nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Kangali P.S.Case No. 39 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
