ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 30.03.2015 by which the 3rd Additional Sessions judge, Bagaha West Champaran has summoned the petitioner to face the trial in Sessions Trial no. 504 of 2008.
Considering the merit of the case, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application stands dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting un-necessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31231 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 along with a copy of this order, to the concerned Superintendent of Police, Bagha West Champaran who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
