JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 168 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the eight accused persons including the petitioners is of assault to the informant and specific allegation is against 3 other accused persons. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and no specific allegation has been attributed against these petitioners and they have no criminal antecedents.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Lakhisarai, in connection with Chanan P.S.
