Mr. Ram Kishore Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner has intimated this Court that Supply Appeal No. 25 of 2021 preferred by him against the order of cancellation of the PDS license of the petitioner has not yet been decided.

The appellate authority is directed to dispose of the appeal positively within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Needless to state that the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of representing his cause and the order so passed by the appellate authority shall be a reasoned order. The order passed by the appellate authority shall be made available to the petitioner forthwith.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands allowed and disposed off.
