Mr. Sanjay Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the speaking order at Annexure-D submits that although the undertaking so given before this Court during the course of hearing of the writ petition to exmine the claim of the petitioner in light of directives of the Chancellor has not been followed by the University but then he would be questioning the said order by filing an appropriate application before the

Permission is allowed.

The contempt application is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to question the order of the Vice Chancellor placed at Annexure-D of the show cause by filing an appropriate application before the appropriate forum.
