In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner was selling the fertilizers more than the fixed price. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand
