The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1270(C) of 2013 for the offences registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that despite repeated adjournments, petitioner has not been able to come-forth with a bank draft amounting to Rs. 4 lakhs, as had been earlier submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim order passed in favour of the petitioner stands withdrawn and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
