Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.80 of 2018, registered under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is that the petitioner was apprehended while he was escaping away after committing theft of the motorcycle of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that hot exchange of words took place between the petitioner and the informant and on account of that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and he has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner being caught red handed, so at this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47728 of 2018(2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 stage, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail after four months, if so advised.
