Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 18.4.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17724 of 2017, with an observation that if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, he may renew his prayer for bail.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the period of six months has already expired and up till now only charge has been framed in this case and he is in custody for more than one year.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59959 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-Ist, Jamui in connection with S.Tr.No.424 of 2017 (arising out of Sikandra P.S.case no.148 of 2016) with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below and further he has to appear before the local police station of his area in the first week of each month for a period of one year so that the police may watch his conduct, otherwise, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
