The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No.45 of 2022 registered under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The F.I.R. has been lodged after ten days of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today,
