2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 926 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c) and 27 (A), 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 82 kg of ganja was recovered from the house of co-accused Krishna Gupta. Petitioner was also found in the house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. It has been further contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the sister of co-accused Krishna Gupta and she has clean antecedent and that she is not involved in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18008 of 2025(4) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 crime but because she is the sister of the Krishna Gupta, she has been visiting his house. The petitioner is in jail since 22.11.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua/concerned Court below in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 926 of 2024.

8. At the time of submission of bail bond, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is to be verified, if she found clean, bail bond shall be accepted, otherwise, appropriate order shall be passed.
