Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.230 of 2014, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is that some unknown miscreants looted the Haiwa truck the informant was driving.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the vehicle was recovered from possession of the petitioner nor put on TIP and the only material against the petitioner is disclosure of his name in the confessional statement of other coaccused and this petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Vikash Kumar is directed to be
