JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2021 Mr. Sourendra Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner appears and submits that the present writ application has been filed for quashing the Notice dated 13.02.2020 contained in Letter No. 131 issued by the District Co-operative Officer as also the Letter dated 14.02.2020 issued by the Block Co-operative Officer, Ghoghardiha directing the petitioner/Society to add 231 persons as members of the petitioner/Society.

Learned counsel further submits that during course of time, the Society has included 231 person as its members and as such, this writ application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn being infructuous.
