(B) To pass any other order or orders and the consequential relief/reliefs to which the petitioner

It is mutually agreed between the private parties i.e. the petitioner, namely, Saloni Sinha and the private respondent No.5, namely, Mostt. Meena Sinha that the entire amount due and payable under this policy purchased by late Sri Rohit Kumar Sinha shall be paid in equal ratio to both of them. Respondent no.3, namely, The Divisional Manager, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Danapur Divisional Office, Danapur, Patna shall ensure that the amount duly apportioned be remitted into the Bank account of the petitioner as also the private respondent no.5. The particulars be furnished to the said respondent within one week. Also all formalities completed by both the parties during the said period and the amount will be paid within one week thereafter.

Petition stands disposed of.
