JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2024 This petition has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 20.02.2023 passed by Additional Sessions Judge VIIth, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 148 of 2020.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the case charge has already been framed and petition has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw this application.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
