The petitioner is in custody in connection with Baidupur P.S. Case No. 424 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.11.2022.

As per the FIR, the petitioner along with accused persons armed with weapon arrived at the house of the informant and they started abusing to the informant. Thereafter, the petitioner hit on the head of informant with iron rod which caused injury to him.

No.23423 of 2023(2) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Baidupur P.S. Case No. 424 of 2022.
