2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

3 . It is alleged that 216 liters of Nepali Dilwale country made liquor was found buried near Banyan tree situated near Canal.

4. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners and they are no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner has got 1 criminal antecedent in which he is on bail.

6. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned district and Additional sessions Judge Cum Exclusive Special Excise JudgeII (Excise Act ), Araria in connection with Fulkaha Police Station Case No. 202 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 .
