====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the authority concerned to re-measurement to the height to the petitioner for the post of Bihar Police Force, which has been held at 2014. Whereby and whereunder respondent concerned has been cancelled the selection of the petitioner stating therein she is not competent in height 155 C.M. rather the height of the petitioner is 155 C.M. and petitioner has passed in written examination on 19/10/2014, screening test on 12/04/15 as well as passed physical test on 18/04/15 in accordance with law."

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment), Bihar, Patna, submits that the height of the petitioner has been found to be less than the prescribed height, hence, she has not been selected. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court does not find any merit in the present writ petition, hence, the same stands dismissed.
