Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner informs this Court that in spite of the direction of the Hon'ble Apex Court in case of Ram Chandra Singh ETC. vs. The State of Bihar & Ors passed in S.L.P. No(s). 20717-20719 of 2017 and a division Bench Judgment of this Court passed in case of Ram Ishwar Prasad vs. The State of Bihar & Ors passed in L.P.A No. 1605 of 2019 arising out of C.W.J.C. No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7139 of 2023 dt.18-07-2023 2/2 19448 of 2019 for making payment of retiral dues/salary the respondents have failed to give the similar treatment to the petitioner by making payment of the salary for the period claimed by the petitioner, who had worked under BISCOMAUN. Learned counsel in above background seeks to file a detailed representation before the Managing Director, BISCOMAUN, Biscomaun Bhawan, Patna (Respondent No.3) along with a copy of the order passed by the Apex Court and this Hon'ble Court.

3. The Managing Director, BISCOMAUN, Biscomaun Bhawan, Patna (Respondent No.3) is directed to grant relief as prayed by the petitioner, in the representation, in terms of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court and this Court. The representation of the petitioner must be considered by respondent No.3 on equal terms forthwith and the payments be made within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

4. With the above observations and directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
