JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-06-2022 It seems to be a completely misconceived kind of writ application in which the petitioner is seeking a relief directing the official respondents to file an application before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda to constitute a medical board for assessing the age of the girl and further prayer has been made to issue an appropriate writ, order/orders that in case the medical board finds that the girl is minor, her marriage with the private respondent be declared as void in the eye of law.

This Court sitting in its writ jurisdiction will not entertain this application seeking declaration as to the validity of marriage.

This writ application is dismissed.
