In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 (I) of the Arms Act.
As per allegation, one country made loaded pistol with a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and also one country made double barrel gun was recovered from his house. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2019. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition that the petitioner is involved in nineteen other cases and in all the cases he is on bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15713 of 2020(4) dt.12-11-2020 2/2 the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court/prosecution would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
