2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) , 41 (i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3 . It is alleged that 60.840 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from an open place .
4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of other co-accused persons. The alleged recovery of illicit liquor has been made from an open place . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

6. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Exclusive special Judge Bettiah West Champaran in connection with Nautan Police Station Case No. 72 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 ( 2 ) of Code of Criminal Procedure .
