The petitioner seeks bail in Govindganj P.S. Case No. 191 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant is the owner of the motorcycle who has alleged in the FIR that on 20.07.2017, he had gone to purchase vegetables from the market and parked his motorcycle and when after purchasing the vegetables came, he found his motorcycle missing and on such written complaint FIR was registered and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61106 of 2017(3) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 the investigation was carried out.
It has been stated on behalf of the petitioners that nothing had been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. They are in custody since 28.08.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 191 of 2017.
