JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 25-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. Vide order dated 24.07.2020, the petitioner had been granted provisional bail with a condition that he will deposit the loss of the Mining Department.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit stating therein that as per direction of this Court, petitioner deposited the loss amount of Rs.19,213/- on 20.08.2020 bearing Mining Department as per calculation made by them.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted vide order dated 24.07.2020 is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16814 of 2020(4) dt.25-09-2020 2/2 hereby confirmed.
