The petitioners are father and mother respectively of Sandeep Sah who is suspected in the First Information Report lodged by the father of the victim girl to have kidnapped his minor daughter.

I have perused the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and considered the submissions. Considering the fact that the petitioners are parents of the boy who is said to have kidnapped the girl, this Court is inclined to privilege them with anticipatory bail. In view of the above, let the petitioners, named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39096 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 above, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today before the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. case no. 146 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with following condition:- (i) One of the bailors in each case shall be the own/close family member of the petitioners.
